COVID19 Relief

Community Outreach Programs for COVID-19

We support our community through the crisis and invite you to join us in showing your love and support.

VHA has launched several community outreach programs to support local communities that are struggling during this global crisis. We invite you to join us. Together, we are strong.

Operation Bridge the Digital Divide

Operation Bridge the Digital Divide is designed to help children K-12 in low income areas complete their school year online. This program is a partnership effort between VHA and Boost Mobile Dealers across the United States in which we provide tablets and 2 months of data at a severely reduced cost to families who have been impacted by the COVID-19 crisis. VHA has already donated hundreds of Asus ZenPad 8.0 tablets and more are on the way.

We could always use extra help. If you would like to join our cause, donations are welcome. To donate, please use our donation form.

Operation Frontline First

Every day, frontline workers are risking their health to serve, protect, and help our community. To support our everyday heroes, we’ve launched Operation Frontline First to share VHA’s inventory of PPE with frontline workers.

If you know anyone working on the frontline in need of PPE, send us a request.

Donations are welcome! To donate to Operation Frontline First, visit our donation form.

We hope to ship out more PPE to frontline workers to show our thanks to those that protect, serve, and help us amidst this global pandemic.

Olive Crest – Operation Independence

VHA is proud to be involved in Operation Independence through the Olive Crest organization. This program empowers youths who are making the difficult transition from foster care to a self-sufficient and independent member of society. They provide shelter, counseling, and independent living skills to current, former, and transitioning foster youth ages 15-24.

We’ve seen a more widespread need for these services as a direct result of the school closures, job losses, and overall instability that COVID-19 has caused.

If you’d like to donate, visit Donate to Olive Crest.

VHA will be matching all donations*. Together, we can provide more youths with the support they need to achieve healthy and successful lives.

Samaritan’s Purse

Samaritan's Purse (SP) provides spiritual and physical aid to communities in need. In response to COVID-19, SP has treated dozens of people at the Samaritan's Purse Emergency Field Hospital in Central Park. The 14-tent, 68-bed respiratory care unit was designed especially for COVID-19 response and as of April 15, the medical team has treated more than 120 patients.

However, more resources are needed. VHA will match donations* to Samaritan's Purse. To donate, visit the Samaritan’s Purse website.

Thank you for your time and feel free to share to as many people as possible. Together we can support our community through this crisis.

*If you donate, please send the receipt to aska.zhang@concentrus.com so that VHA can match your donation.
